Data Conversion
To simplify the start up and
transition to FastTrak, data conversion from most systems can be performed.
Customers, Vehicles, Parts,
Canned Jobs, Vehicle Recommendations and Repair Order History are transferred into
the FastTrak database to allow for a smooth transition. Quality control measures
are applied to the converted data to ensure the accuracy of the conversion.
Ongoing Support
Premium service and support
are the cornerstone of the FastTrak experience. Support on an ongoing basis is provided in the form of email support and phone
support. Simple 'how to' questions can be submitted via email and a response will
be returned promptly. Phone support is available in order to assist with installation
or immediate problems in using the software.
Education and Training
FastTrak education includes pre start up training as well as advanced training after
