FastTrak Management Systems Classroom Training
Classroom training is provided for FastTrak Auto Shop Manager. All areas of the system are taught and exercised so that a thorough understanding of the system and how it's various parts interrelate is gained. A hands on approach is used and each student learns how to configure and operate FastTrak from the ground up. The interactive classroom environment ensures that each student has grasped the necessary concepts and techniques. Prior to system start up, two three hour classes are attended to learn and become familiar with the base parts of the system. After the system has been running at the shop for a month, students can attend advanced training classes. These classes cover a number of advanced Service Writing Topics, Marketing Techniques, and other specialized functions in FastTrak.
