QuickBooks Accounting Interface
Time is saved and information accuracy is ensured
by use of the The FastTrak Auto Shop Manager to QuickBooks interface. This feature allows accounting information to be configured and transmitted electronically between the two systems. The FastTrak Accounting Interface program allows the accounts for specific areas of business activity to be defined by selecting them from a list of accounts read from QuickBooks. When period end is run in FastTrak, the summarized information can be transmitted electronically to QuickBooks. Also, On Account payments for customers who have payment terms can be posted individually to QuickBooks and Accounts Receivable can be managed there. There also is an option to process vendor invoices from FastTrak allowing Accounts Payable to be processed through Quick Books with the information from FastTrak
