Generation
FastTrak Administration & Marketing has a
versatile and effective reminder generation tool. Reminders can be generated
based on service due requirements, recommended repairs or both. Output can be
printed or sent via email or both. When using printed output, the data is
generated and then processed using Microsoft Word's mail merge feature. This
allows a variety of formats and layouts.
Marketing
Generation
FastTrak includes a diversified marketing function
that allows communication based on a variety of selection criteria. Customers
within a selected zip code area or range can be targeted, those who've had a
specified level of sales volume within a specified date range can be
selected, customers who have a certain make and/or model of vehicle can be
targeted as well as those who've had a specific service performed within the
specified date range. Customers whose last visit was more than a specified
number of months ago or who have visited within the specified number of months
can be targeted. Marketing allows for mass email generation or for printed
output. When using printed output, Microsoft's Mail Merge function is
used which allows for a great number of possibilities such as mailing labels,
letters, postcards.
Analysis
Reports
FastTrak includes a number of sales analysis
reports that are presented in bar chart and/or pie chart format. Sales and
profit can be viewed in a number of ways such as by service writer, technician,
or the entire business.
